Vicki Matson, Owner / Administrator

As a pioneer in the Atlanta home-care community, Vicki Matson established Senior Home Companions over 25 years ago. Since then, her top priorities have been finding and referring top-quality caregivers, certified nursing assistants, and RNs—ensuring every client receives the individualized attention they deserve. She places caregivers not only in private-home settings but also in assisted-living facilities and rehabilitation centers. Vicki understands that the aging process can be an emotional and demanding time, and her years of experience have helped hundreds of families through the transition of bringing caregivers into the home.

A 35-year resident of the Atlanta area, Vicki is originally from Indiana, where she attended Ball State University. Before starting Senior Home Companions in 1993, she held various positions in human resources and personnel recruiting.

Vicki's husband, Greg, is one of the owners of Bay Marine, a retail boat company in Kennesaw, Georgia. She has a daughter currently attending the University of Alabama and a son who graduated in 2014 and now works in marketing for an IT healthcare company in Buckhead.
